RPD 11 July 2007 - Love and Go

Please pray for camp.
The stuff is all out there and ready to go. I have done 11 trips so far in the boat – and praise God it has gone well. The weather has been really rough – very windy as well as patches of heavy rain. Pray that the weather will not be the most memorable thing from camp – but that people grew in their knowledge and love for God. That they grow in their love for each other and that they are challenged to be instruments used by God to take His love to the ends of the world.

Wedding Trip
One crazy guy decided to drive all night to a wedding. On a detour because of road works I hit a large pothole and snapped the new suspension rod that had been replaced just a few weeks ago. I spent all morning with the help of a friend Sergei finding the part and a mechanic willing to do it. We just made the wedding with no time for a shower or anything. Natasha and Alyosha’s wedding was really nice. I have prayed for Natasha a lot. Please continue to pray that God will draw the both of them to Himself. After the wedding I had 1 ½ hours sleep and then headed back. I tried to keep going on Red Bull. The adds say it gives you wings! They are wrong, it just makes you want to pee a lot! But praise God I made it home.
