HAVE YOU GOT ANY GINGER?
We all live in a house – of some sort. This past Saturday a bunch of people turned up at church to make houses. Just little ones made of gingerbread. I took a break from report writing and with the help of Ben Breedon, who made an excellent PowerPoint presentation, I talked about houses.
•What is does your house look like?
•What is your house made of?
•Do you have any ginger?
We talked about our gingerbread houses, the house in which we live in Sydney, and our personal house – us!
The gingerbread houses probably won’t last past Christmas. The houses we live in will last a lot longer – but not forever. However, we have eternity written on our hearts.
A gingerbread house without ginger would just be a bread house. The real you, to spend eternity in glorious life with God, you need the ginger of Jesus. He is not a decoration for your house, but the core ingredient that must permeate every part of your life.
Infuse the flavour of Jesus into your life today.
UKRAINE CONNECTIONS
I have been enjoying my Friday nights playing table tennis, even if Ruslan is beating me consistently now – at least it might help me improve. I enjoy the camaraderie and the conversations afterwards. Pray as I invite people to our Carols night coming up soon.
I have no more current news on Vlad since last week. If you have a FaceBook account then look up “Justice for Vlad Schaslyvyi” and ask to join so you can be up to date as you pray.
AUS CONNECTIONS
I handed in my reports today – one weight off my mind. Now we are getting ready for Kid’s Club Presentation night at church and lots of end of year activities at school.
Touch football was fun tonight.
Church is really good every Sunday. It is so important to walk your walk with God with others. Mutual encouragement is worth more than you can imagine.
PRAYER AND PRAISE

· Table Tennis Club
· Kid’s Club Presentation Night
· GingerBread House Devotion – for those who heard
THANKS TO
Ben Breedon for your hard work in helping with all the technical stuff and David Bryant for building my mock gingerbread house.
